2010 Vendor Conference Registration

The Seventh Annual Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System (ILEAS) conference will be held on February 28 – March 2, 2010, in Springfield, IL. This event will bring together over 500 Police Chiefs, Sheriffs, State Police officials, and fire and emergency services professionals.
The goal of the conference is to enhance law enforcement agencies working together to provide mutual aid assistance and response capabilities throughout Illinois. The conference will provide a great learning experience for attendees as well as a chance to network with colleagues from throughout the State.
One of the main features of the conference will be the exhibit hall. Attendees will have multiple opportunities to see vendors’ products and services. A reception located in the vendor area is planned for Sunday evening and will provide additional time for attendees to view your products and services located in the exhibit area.
The conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Springfield. Vendor display hours will be as follows:
Sunday, Feb. 28th 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Monday, March 1st 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Booth space will be available starting at $300 per booth (see registration form for pricing details). All booth prices include pipe and draping, electricity and internet. We encourage you to support this effort to educate attendees and showcase your products and services.
This year, the ILEAS Foundation was formed in order to raise additional funds to support Illinois law enforcement through ILEAS programs. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-forprofit corporation. The ILEAS Foundation will be handling all vendor registrations this year. The 501(c)(3) designation will enable your company to make tax deductible contributions to the Foundation. A copy of our tax-exempt certificate is available upon request.
Also new this year, we will be printing conference booklets with advertising space available for purchase. The booklet, which will measure approximately, 8.5 x 5.5 “, will be provided to all attendees. The cost to advertise is as follows: $150 – full page ad (7.5 x 4.5) or $75 – half page ad (3.5 x 4.5). This is a great opportunity to reach your potential client base whether or not you are able to attend the conference.
