Mutual Aid Requests

Have this information ready when you call:

• Name of agency requesting the call-out
• Name of person authorizing the request
• Call-back number
• Nature of the incident
• Location of the incident - zip code preferable or at least an address
• Which staging area to use
• Areas or routes to avoid
• Radio contact frequency for staging command if known (ISPERN, IREACH, StarCom, etc.)
• Other special details or instructions for responding personnel
