The program will explore high-core value applications that will enhance officer effectiveness and improve performance in all areas of personal and professional life. The course will be conducted by Major Charles Huth of the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department. Major Huth has 29 years of progressive policing experience. He is an accomplished author and co-wrote, Unleashing the Power of Unconditional Respect-Transforming Law Enforcement and Police Training, a text book used in promotional processes and graduate programs. Major Huth formerly led the Street Crimes Unit Tactical Enforcement Team, where he served over 2,500 high-risk warrants and coordinated/executed more than 500 high-risk tactical operations.
