Description: 

This program covers the concepts and practical application of Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC), as well as Officer-Citizen High Threat Casualty Extraction.  Officers will learn how to treat commonly encountered wound patterns and how to plan and execute a citizen rescue.  Scenario-based exercises will allow each participant to apply critical lifesaving skills in a dynamic patrol-based setting.
