Synopsis: 

The Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System (ILEAS) is seeking qualified vendors to modernize and support its digital infrastructure in order to enhance statewide law enforcement and public safety operations. The initiative includes maintaining and potentially migrating existing websites, upgrading databases and applications, and improving system security, scalability, and performance. Current technologies include Drupal 7, custom PHP applications, MySQL databases, and Apache web services. The selected vendor will assist with CMS evaluation, application development, data integration, reporting, and ongoing technical support. The project aims to improve usability, interoperability, and efficiency for law enforcement, public safety officials, and the public.
