<u>The ideal candidate</u>:</p>

<p>
<u>Responsibilities include</u>:</p>
<p>
Supporting 30+ PC's and 40+ users in a Windows/Active Directory Environment.</p>
<p>
Setup and Maintenance of hardware and software on all systems.</p>
<p>
Configuration and management of Networking infrastructure: Cisco Firewall, Gigabit Managed switches, Fiber infrastructure and WAP's</p>
<p>
Maintain best-effort uptime of agency-critical systems</p>
<p>
Disaster Recovery planning, testing, and implementation</p>
<p>
Coordinate with ILEAS IT Contractors/Staff regarding existing custom software and future needs</p>
<p>
Provide technical support and guidance to users and clients, as needed</p>
<p>
<u>Requirements</u>:</p>
<ul>
<li>
3+ years as a Network or Systems Administrator for a small-medium sized institution.</li>
<li>
Experience with setting up and maintaining a Windows Active Directory</li>
<li>
Experience setting up and maintaining Windows Servers and Desktop PC's</li>
<li>
Experience with managing/maintaining LAN/WLAN/WAN's.</li>
<li>
Window Server 2003/2008 installation and services configuration (DHCP, DNS, AD, IAS, Cert Services, IIS, etc)</li>
<li>
Windows XP/Vista/7 clients and Networking knowledge/experience</li>
<li>
Understand network protocols: Routing, VLAN, 802.1x, etc.</li>
</ul>
<p>
<u>Education</u>:</p>
<ul>
<li>
BS or MS preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered</li>
<li>
Relevant Certifications for a Network Administrator</li>
</ul>
