The Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System (ILEAS) is seeking to contract with a qualified company to record, edit, and produce professional quality videos of ILEAS activities and activities at the ILEAS Training Center, on an as-needed basis, at the discretion of ILEAS and the contractor. The initial contract to be awarded is a master order contract. ILEAS anticipates multiple task orders throughout the duration of the master order contract. Each task order will be for a specific purpose, for example: recording training sessions of a special team, recording emergency responses to a disaster, or producing a video overview of various activities. Those video recording activities, as well as others, will be requested as needed. Proposals submitted under this RFP should be focused on the task of providing video recording services, along with the editing and production of that video content into professional videos that may be displayed on the ILEAS website or through promotional DVDs.
