Synopsis:
This request for proposals is for a training company or qualified independent instructors to submit a proposal for the instruction in behavioral threat assessment and management at a Behavioral Threat Assessment Summit in Cook County or an adjacent collar county on November 6, 2014.
Directions:
Instructors must be qualified, through formal education and extensive practical experience of more than ten years working on behavioral threat assessment cases, to present these materials. The ideal instructors will have backgrounds in graduate academic research, law enforcement, military and, K-12 education and higher education institution behavioral threat assessment.
