Regional Planning Coordinator for Region 8, Dave Fellows, will receive the Southern Illinois Police Chiefs' Association (SIPCA) Presidential Award at its annual banquet on January 17, 2019 at the Four Point Sheraton in Fairview Heights. He was nominated by SIPCA Vice-President Chief Bruce Fleshren. Dave works tirelessly to support the agencies in his region as well as participating on projects that have statewide impact. ILEAS wants to thank SIPCA for recognizing Dave's accomplishments and dedication.
