The Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System (ILEAS) is seeking to contract with a qualified company to record, edit, and produce professional quality videos of ILEAS activities and activities at the ILEAS Training Center, on an as-needed basis, at the discretion of ILEAS and the contractor. The initial contract to be awarded is a master order contract. ILEAS anticipates multiple task orders throughout the duration of the master order contract. Each task order will be for a specific purpose, for example: recording training sessions of a special team, recording emergency responses to a disaster, or producing a video overview of various activities. Those video recording activities, as well as others, will be requested as needed.
