The Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police President, Highland Park Chief Lou Jogmen, released a statement on July 7th, thanking all the mutual aid partners that assisted his agency in the aftermath of the July 4th mass shooting. Chief Jogmen specifically mentioned ILEAS as being a critical factor contributing to their successful management of the scene and the follow up investigation.
