ILEAS has been asked by the ILEAS Foundation to let our membership know that the Foundation has six squad cars for sale. These three unmarked and three marked cars were donated to the Foundation by Granite City PD with the intent that the Foundation sell them to raise funds to pay for law enforcement training, workshops, conferences, etc. Thank you Granite City PD! These cars are currently at ILEAS in Urbana. The marked cars are black and white and the unmarked are black. They come in various configurations with light bars, prisoner shields, radio consoles, sirens, push bars, full service spares, etc. The “Granite City” logo and name have been removed. They range from 2000 thru 2009 with mileage from 94,000 to 136,000. For photos, a more detailed description and prices, please see www.ileasfoundation.org. For smaller agencies that cannot afford new cars, these squads would make affordable alternatives – especially since they come already equipped.
