In accordance with the requirements set forth in the attached request for proposal (RFP), the Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System (ILEAS) is seeking qualified vendors to provide in-person less lethal alternatives training to sworn law enforcement throughout the State of Illinois. Proposals submitted under this RFP should focus on the description, goals and objectives of the training, which must be certified by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board (ILETSB). The proposal should include the number of trainings, the location of the trainings, and the projected number of students per class. The proposal should include associated costs for each training, providing enough detail allowing ILEAS to select all or part of the proposal. RFP’s must be received on or before October 24, 2025 to be considered. All training must be completed on or before June 5, 2026. The total budget for this training project is $400,000.
