This class will cover four criminal law topics: 2024 Legislative Update; Search and Seizure Law Update; Modified Use of Force and Arrest Authority Update; and Firearms Law Update. The 2024 Legislative Update will identify and analyze approximately 50 Legislative Enactments that have been recently signed into law. The Search and Seizure Update will analyze the recent evolution of Search and Seizure Law in Illinois.
