* The registration fee is $200 which includes five meals and conference materials. The fee will increase to $225 beginning on March 3rd.
* Lodging expenses and reservations will be the responsibility of each attendee. A block of rooms will be available at the Crowne Plaza and the Holiday Inn Express. Booking information will be accessible upon completion of the online conference registration process.
