Vendor Exhibit Pricing
All booths are 10'w x 8'd and include 8-foot skirted table, 2 chairs, draping, internet (electricity available if needed).
Please Note:
A $75 late registration fee will be added after February 4, 2020
Registration closes on February 11, 2020
Premium Booths (#33-38) and (#44-53) $500 each
All other Booths $475 each

Rules and Procedures

By submitting this application and authorizing payment for ILEAS exhibit space, Vendor agrees to adhere to the following rules and procedures as mandated by ILEAS:

  1. Vendor will exhibit only appropriate products as related to disaster preparedness, public safety, communication and security.
  2. Vendor participation is confirmed once the Vendor Registration Form has been reviewed and payment receipt has been confirmed.
  3. Activities determined by ILEAS to cause an unreasonable disturbance to attendees or other vendors are prohibited.
  4. Vendor Exhibit Hours:
          Sunday, March 29, 2020  2:00 PM – 8:00 PM   and   Monday, March 30, 2020  9:00 AM – 1:00 PM  
  5. Vendor agrees to the following schedule:
    1. Set up of exhibits will occur between 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 29, 2020.
    2. Break down of exhibits must be complete by 3:00 PM on Monday March 30, 2020.
  6. If a confirmed vendor does not arrive prior to the scheduled opening time for the exhibits (2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 29, 2020), ILEAS reserves the right to not issue refund.
  7. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ILEAS, its sponsors, and partners for any losses incurred in the event of revisions or cancellations as related to the conference.
  8. Exhibitors are encouraged to offer information that is educational, professional, and instructional.  
  9. Exhibitors should conduct exhibits in a dignified and professional manner. 
  10. Aisles may not be obstructed at any time which may impede traffic. 
  11. All activities must be confined to the limits of the assigned booth space.
  12. No vehicles will be allowed as part of the vendor exhibits.
  13. Vendors will be provided with two badges per table purchased.  There is a Sunday evening Vendor Reception and Monday lunch which is included with each vendor booth, with a limit of two vendors per booth. No breakfast available.
  14. Do NOT check in at the registration desk. You will be provided with vendor badges when you check in with DeDe Bucher or Jim Young in the vendor room.
  15. LATE registrations received after February 4, 2020 will increase $75 per booth ($575 for premium booths and $550 for all other booths).
  16. Deadline for booklet advertising submission is February 11, 2020
  17. Vendors are responsible for making their own lodging and travel arrangements.  Vendor registration fee does NOT include lodging.
  18. Vendors are responsible for notifying ILEAS of all employees that will attend and/or staff their booth.


Submission of the registration form DOES NOT guarantee you will have a booth reserved for the conference.  Booths are assigned based upon date of registration and receipt of payment.  Once you submit your registration, it will be reviewed by the ILEAS Foundation and you will be notified so you can complete payment. Booth Registration is NOT final until the ILEAS Foundation has confirmed it has received your payment. Registrations received after February 4, 2020 will be subject to a price increase ($575 per premium booth and $550 per other booths).
